A.Material and structure of fume hood
1. The main frame:
The left and right side, the front, the back, the top and the bottom are all made of 1.0mm thick first-class cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet.The
cutting is finished by German imported automatic CNC laser cutting machine, the one-time bending and forming is finished by the automatic CNC
bending machine and the powder spraying is automatically completed by epoxy resin anti-static modern assembly line.
2. Inner lining board deflector board:
Using solid core compact laminate board (5mm thick) which has good anti-corrosion and chemical resistance. The fixing parts of deflector board
are made of PP(Polypropylene) high-quality material in one piece.
3. Sliding door:
The sliding door is equipped with 5mm high-quality tempered glass, door opening height is 700mm, free lifting, the upper and lower sliding device
of the sliding door adopts the structure of elevator counterweight, stepless and arbitrary stop, sliding door guide device is made of corrosion-
resistant polyvinyl chloride material , the sliding door handle is made of PP. The side of the sliding door is wrapped in chemical-resistant plastic,
and the opening and closing of the sliding door are equipped with rubber buffers.
4. The front of the fume hood is all glass windows
which have a good visual range. The deflector and the inner lining material are the same, and the deflector bracket is made of non-metallic
materials.
5. The lower cabinet body:
The countertop is made of solid thermosetting laminated board (12.7mm thick) with acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, corrosion
resistance, and formaldehyde meets E1 level standards.
6. Connection part:
All internal connection parts are designed to be hidden and arranged and anti-corrosion. There are no exposed screws.
The external connection devices are resistant to chemical corrosion, with stainless steel parts and non-metallic materials wrapped in polyvinyl
chloride.
7. Exhaust outlet:
The exhaust outlet is round and connected by sleeves to reduce gas turbulence.
B. Performance and other configurations:
1. Other lining materials of the fume hood are coated with epoxy resin on both sides
which are resistant to corrosion by acid, alkali and organic solvents, and have no exposed metal or materials that cannot resist corrosion and fire.
2. Accessories
The fume hood is equipped with imported one-time molded PP small cup tank, which is acid and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant.
The accessories inside the fume hood (single-port seven-shaped faucet) are made of brass and are installed inside the fume hood.
Fume hood control panel: LCD display control panel (speed can be set freely to adjust, which can be adapted to most similar products on the
market).
Fume hood lighting: LED waterproof tube, quick start type, installed on the top of the fume hood. There is a safety glass panel on the lighting
device, and it is sealed with the cabinet.
Socket: equipped with 10A 220V three-hole multi-function socket. The line uses Chint 2.5 square copper core wire.
